How do i Know if my order has been received?

Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure all your details are correct. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately at

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order we may have the incorrect email address registered. Please check your account details to ensure your email address has been entered correctly and then contact and we’ll look into it for you.

Is it safe to Order Online?

Yes. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Credit card transactions are made on a third party website, Braintree, a reputable credit card processing company. Customer information is only stored on our secure database and not used for anything other than authorised promotions or internal reference.

How long does domestic (Australian) postage take?

For all domestic orders we use Parcel post service offered by Australian Post.

This service usually takes around 3-5 days from dispatch date, depending on your location. Please note, this timing is an estimate only.

How long does international postage take?

For international orders we use the International Economy Parcel service that is offered with Australia Post.

This service usually takes around 10-14 business days from dispatch date, depending on your location. Please note, this timing is an estimate only. Due to customs and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. Cycling Maven will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

Prices for the international shipping options, for each Country can be calculated at check-out before payment is made to give you an indication of the cost. Or please refer to the shipping tab on the product page.

Unfortunately, Cycling Maven cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?

You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at the checkout.

What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless deemed faulty.
