We currently accept Visa (includes Visa Debit), MasterCard, and American Express.
Your credit card will be charged on clicking the Pay Now button on the Payment page in the PayPal checkout.

The prices shown on our website are all in AUD. The price you pay will be the Billing amount shown in the Shopping Cart plus any additional shipping charges.
All of our online transactions are processed by PayPal. Cycling Maven will never see, nor store, any of your payment details.

For your safety we have some automated flags in place to detect potential stolen credit cards. If the credit card used in transaction is flagged, we reserve the right to cancel the order and automatically refund the order amount back onto the credit card used. The customer will not be notified. If you notice that your order has not been dispatched and/or your order amount has been refunded, your card may have been flagged by our security checks. Please contact us for more information.

When you place an order on our website, we will email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch of order, as we cannot 100% guarantee stock levels until this point. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Available stock levels online are an indicator only.

Any discounts, voucher codes or promotions will not be validated until the order is accepted by Cycling Maven.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* Fraudulent activity flags being activated
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


While Cycling Maven work extremely hard to maintain accurate content on their website, occasionally there may be incorrect information displayed. This could include an incorrect price, photo, colour variation, stock level, or description. Cycling Maven reserve the right to cancel any order based on incorrect information, and will offer a full refund as compensation.

Delivery Charges

New Zealand
Cycling Maven offer a flat rate delivery option to New Zealand addresses with the exception of Rural addresses.

Please note that we can only deliver to physical street addresses and that a signature is required for all deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at [email protected]. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.

Delivery Period

We endeavour to ensure that orders for delivery to addresses worldwide arrive within 3 business days when the Pre-order arrives to our office.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order via the Track Order link at the top of every page of our website; you will need your order number to do so.


Cycling Maven is dedicated to providing quality goods and services to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t correct, please let us know.

Change of Size or Unwanted Goods

Cycling Maven will not accept the return of Change of Mind or wrong sizing when ordering due to the nature of Pre-Orders and not having any stock available.


Faulty Goods

Cycling Maven will accept the return of goods delivered that are faulty within 30 days of receipt. Our quality control team inspect all deliveries from to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a free replacement delivery, or we will refund your purchase price if out of stock.

We will make every effort to ensure that replacement orders for delivery to addresses within New Zealand arrive within 5 business days of Cycling Maven receiving the returned item/s; and the order being dispatched.

Please ensure that you indicate clearly on the enclosed packing slip your reason for return and your preferred remedy.

Please securely package your return item/s with supporting documentation.


We have made every effort to portray the colour of our goods as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend upon the monitor you view our website from, Cycling Maven cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will provide a completely accurate representation of our garment/s However we can send you the Pantone colours used to help bridge the uncertainty.
